Health and Life Coach, nutrition geek, bookworm, perfectionist Virgo, mom and the friend that always throws the good parties.

Welcome to this support, learning and sorority space. A judgment, guilt, and stress free zone.

For the past 8 years I have dedicated myself to saving lives in my own way. I am not a doctor, I have no expensive equipment and no miracle medicines; my secret tool is the information and education I possess.

I passionately believe in the healing power of food.

I am an expert in the field of nutrition, in teaching people how to manage their emotions and in understanding human behavior.  

Activist of Self-love, women’s independence and of course, health.

Exercise lover, but I also enjoy a good party or restaurant.

See? I’m not just one thing, I’m many in one and I’m sure you are too!

My greatest passion? Helping women achieve their dream of losing weight so they can look in the mirror with no shame and feel happy, sexy and strong again!

I know and completely agree that eating is one of the pleasures of life. Being deprived of it is not fun! And… that is exactly what happens when we diet.

We should enjoy what we like freely . Nobody should live a life full of frustrations and impossible dreams, always wondering what it would be like to be in that weight or look the way we want.  

My dream come true is seeing people achieve their goals, watch them lose weight and start feeling comfortable in their bodies while regaining their self-confidence, energy and the joy of living.

 I think we share those dreams!

I don’t believe in torture; I believe in science and in what’s proven effective.                  I don’t like broken promises.

Single Session

Let's chat you and I. This is a one on one session in which we will discuss your current habits. We will evaluate what you're eating, go over your supplements and the food combinations you are making. In the comfort of your home or at my office, we will review your routines, measure your fat percentages, weight, bone density and water level. As a result, we will come up with a personalized program so you can accomplish your goals on your own.

Group Coaching

Form your own group and receive all my advice together for 90 days. In my experience, I've found that groups get better results when it comes to weight loss. The support people receive from one another gives them the strength, commitment and discipline to complete the program successfully. This program is about walking the path from where you are to where you want to be together. As a group you will accomplish the weight, health, and life you want next to people who have the same goal as you.
